1. Returns

You may return most new, unused, and undamaged products within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.
  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used small kitchen appliances (e.g. blenders, kettles, irons).
  • Installed large appliances (e.g. cookers, washing machines, refrigerators).
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, incomplete, or not functioning as expected, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Our team will inspect the issue and arrange for a replacement or repair at no extra cost.
  • In some cases, we may request photos or videos to verify the defect.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g. M-Pesa, bank card, or transfer).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
